What It Fits
Designed for the essentials, phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, cards and your smaller everyday must-haves.

Care
Machine wash in cold water with mild detergent. Place inside a wash bag to help protect the rope handle and hang to dry overnight on a coat hanger. Use a lint roller between washes to remove fluff or debris from the neoprene.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us at info@willowbayaustralia.com as soon as possible, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement for you.

Change of Mind Returns

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to provide a store credit on full priced items when:

• You email us at info@willowbayaustralia.com within 14 days of your purchase date
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags attached

Please note return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable postage method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Sale Items

All sale items are final, we don't offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item

Simply email info@willowbayaustralia.com with your order number and a short note about your return or fault, and we'll take it from there.

Please note: we only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any concerns outside our warranty period will not be accepted.
