The Cabin Bag has been designed with airline cabin size regulations in mind, making it suitable as your primary carry-on across major domestic and international airlines. The Cabin bag fits within standard overhead locker dimensions while giving you a full 36 litres of packing space, enough for a week away if you pack with intention.

Crafted from durable, lightweight neoprene, it's water resistant and built to handle the wear and tear of regular travel without adding unnecessary weight. Care Instructions:
Machine washable in cold water with mild detergent. Hang to dry overnight on a coat hanger. Use a lint roller to remove any fluff from the neoprene between washed.

It holds its structure without being rigid, bounces back after being squashed in an overhead locker, and wipes clean in seconds. Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us at info@willowbayaustralia.com as soon as possible, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement for you.

Change of Mind Returns

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to provide a store credit on full priced items when:

• You email us at info@willowbayaustralia.com within 14 days of your purchase date
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags attached

Please note return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable postage method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Sale Items

All sale items are final, we don't offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item

Simply email info@willowbayaustralia.com with your order number and a short note about your return or fault, and we'll take it from there.

Please note: we only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any concerns outside our warranty period will not be accepted.
