CANDLE CARE

For the best burn:
Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use.

On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface of the candle. This helps prevent tunnelling and encourages an even burn throughout the life of your candle.

Keep the candle away from drafts and never burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.

Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Stop burning when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us at info@willowbayaustralia.com as soon as possible, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement for you.

Change of Mind Returns

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to provide a store credit on full priced items when:

  • You email us at info@willowbayaustralia.com within 14 days of your purchase date
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags attached

Please note return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable postage method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
