Returns
We offer store credit only, we do not offer refunds.
For faults, please email us at info@willowbayaustralia.com to initiate your return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also finalise your repair, replacement or refund if applicable.
Please note: we only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any concerns outside our warranty period will not be accepted.
