What It Fits
Room for your everyday essentials, including a laptop, drink bottle, wallet, cosmetic pouch and the extras you pick up along the way.

Care
Machine wash in cold water with mild detergent. We recommend placing the bag inside a wash bag to protect the rope handles. Hang to dry overnight on a coat hanger. Use a lint roller between washes to remove fluff or debris from the neoprene.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives with a fault, please contact us immediately at info@willowbayaustralia.com. We'll arrange a repair or replacement for you.

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? We're happy to offer a refund or exchange on full-price items if:

• You email us at info@willowbayaustralia.com within 14 days of your purchase date
• The item is unused and in its original condition, with tags attached

Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend using a trackable postage method.

Sale Items

All sale items are final — we don't offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item

Simply email info@willowbayaustralia.com with your order number and a short note about your return or fault, and we'll take it from there.

Please note: we only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any concerns outside our warranty period will not be accepted.
